This website describes EIITS services and the Zivox Partner Platform. Content is for information. It is not an offer to enter a contract, a guarantee of results, or a certification claim.
Quotes and currency
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars and may include GST/HST as required in Ontario or other provinces.
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and marks (including EIITS and Zivox) belong to EIITS or its licensors. Do not copy them for commercial use without permission. Client work product is handled in the applicable services agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that harms availability, or submit unlawful content through forms).
Limitation
To the extent permitted by Ontario law, EIITS is not liable for losses arising from use of this informational website. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain in place.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law requires otherwise.
