Accessibility statement

EIITS is an Ontario organization. We work to provide goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities, consistent with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code.

This website

We design this site and client-facing digital products toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That includes a skip-to-content link, visible focus states, text that can resize, and layouts that reflow on small screens. We do not claim a formal third-party audit of every page.

Client work

When we build portals, apps, or public-facing sites for clients, accessibility is part of the design and QA process unless a statement of work explicitly scopes it out. Public-sector and Ontario customer-facing work is treated as in-scope by default.

Feedback and accessible formats

If you have trouble using this site, need a document in an accessible format, or want to request an accommodation for a meeting, contact us:

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days.

Assistive support during meetings

Consultations can be held by phone or video. Tell us in advance if you need extra time, a written follow-up, or another arrangement.
